As @jane-e says, you're dealing with different aspect ratios. 5100/3300=1.545 aspect ratio (hence Photoshop autoselects 1920x1242 to maintain 1.545) 1920/1080=1.778   Trying to shoehorn 5100x3300 into 1920x1080 can only result in distortion.   Choose one of the options suggested by Jane.   ... Photoshop uses the Camera Raw plug-in to read Raw files. Lightroom works differently. To start the installation I enter my emailaddress and password, after which the installer ‘ shakes’ briefly and does nothing else. The screenshot you have posted is your macOS operating system (not Adobe) asking you for permission to install software on your hard drive. I purchased a Wacom Cintiq 16 but it had cables that would not connect to my Macbook even though it said it was compatible. Can you post a pic of the cables which came with the Cintiq? Trying to install 2023 Photoshop Elements ( was on my MacBook Air) to iPad Pro.    You don't install apps on your iPad like you do on a MacBook Air. You install apps on your iPad exclusively via the Apple App Store. Apple takes a % from the app vendor for every app purchased via  the App Store.   There is no iPad app for Photoshop Elements but there is Photoshop on the iPad (which is a different interface to desktop Photoshop and does not yet have all the same features).
